By booking an appointment or purchasing services through Tint Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Booking:
All appointments must be scheduled through our official booking system (Acuity Scheduling). A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your final balance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We understand life happens. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in loss of your deposit.
No-shows or repeated late rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings.
Payments:
Remaining balances are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital payments. All payments are processed securely.
Results & Liability:
All services are performed by a certified and experienced professional. Results will vary based on skin type, aftercare, and individual factors. Tint Studio is not liable for adverse outcomes due to improper healing or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions.
Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, designs, and photographs on this site are the property of Tint Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Right to Refuse:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including health conditions, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior.
